Detroit Become Human: Would having sex with an android be considered cheating if you already had a (human) partner?

According to the [Kara Trailer](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j-pF56-ZYkY), all androids are available to their customers as sexual partners. But the moral question then becomes. If you already have a (human) partner and had sex with an android, would it technically still be considered cheating? 🤔
