I bought this new online from Verizon’s Black Friday deal and picked it up in my local Verizon store earlier today. It appeared sealed to me but after opening it I noticed these marks/gunk on 3 out of the 4 extra thumbsticks and some minor but noticeable rub/marks on the left grip. Did I somehow get a “used” controller or is this just poor QC on Microsoft’s mark and to be expected?
Debating whether I should try to exchange it for another one or just roll with it.
