I was doing some cleaning earlier today and as I was returning my Xbox controllers to their little area on my dresser I noticed this really weird thing with the grips and I have no clue how it happened???
The last time I played on my Xbox was about 9 days ago, but again, I’m not really sure when this issue could have started because this is on my older controller that I don’t really use because the grip on the joysticks had smoothened out from how much I’d used it, and as you can see in the 2nd pic, my newer controller’s joysticks seem fine.
What’s even crazier is that I just pulled out my Switch Lite (which again, I haven’t played in a hot min) to see which thumb grips can match the coral, and the same issue is on both joysticks! Except the left-handed one is worse than the other. Can someone please let me know how this could have happened? I’d really like to know if this is something I can avoid so I don’t have the same problem w/ my last remaining Xbox controller 🙁
