The waiting time on xcloud is getting ridiculous, no way I’m getting ultimate gamepass again

I used to sign ultimate so I didn’t have to move my Xbox around and kill 15 minutes playing something on TV. I remember not so long ago that waiting times were 5 minutes, 10 minutes maximum.
Now it’s 25 minutes on peak times, come on, I will go back to the standard gamepass and use the games installed on my console.
