Hello, I have recently concluded that my controller is in dire need of a replacement, and hope to buy one online.

I had initially bought the first thing I saw on Takealot only for it be a cheap knockoff, and have therefore decided to rather buy an official controller, and that the extra price is likely a worthy investment.

The problem I’m having is with finding a reliable place to buy an official controller. I tried buying one from the PlayStation website but they only ship to the USA, which as far as I am aware is not South Africa.

I don’t have an immediate issue with buying second hand, but I don’t know what I can and can’t trust; I am very skeptical of reviews and my own intuition. Additionally, I don’t buy things online very often.
So far, [this](https://game4u.co.za/product/ps4-dualshock-4-controller-black/) is the best I have found thus far, but again, I don’t know how reliable this is.

I know I’m being very pedantic here, but I just don’t want to deal with more unnecessary hassle and would much prefer to be safe rather than sorry, especially when buying tech online.

If in store is notably cheaper or more reliable I’m fine to take that option, Id just prefer online as I do currently lack the ability to drive, at least legally. Additionally, if so is the case, I would appreciate suggestions on where to go, though please do keep in mind I live in Johannesburg.

    Thank you for your patience.
