The disks seem legit, but the case seems fake

I bought the dark souls trilogy and the case looks fake to me. The cover is low-res and the Xbox one logo isn’t in the case but rather printed in the cover. Is the case fake? I’m attaching a picture with the dark souls trilogy and Sekiro for comparison.
