I’ve been paying for Gamepass pn my Xbox series S for about two years now pretty consistently, and in that time I’ve bought multiple games which I digitally own (or so I did). Recently I went to pay for Gamepass and accidentally also paid for the Gamepass For Console as well as Gamepass Core. And I thought to myself, “Oh well, it’s okay, I’ll just keep both for the rest of the month and see how I like or, then cancel it before the next charge if I don’t.” No biggie, right? Wrong. Today is the 30th of December, and I just canceled the subscription and reacuring billing for Gamepass For Console but kept Gamepass Core, and now many of the games I have can’t be played. They give me this message as shown in the photo above, even for games like DayZ which I have paid for and digitally own. Oh and it’s not just a few games, it just about every single one in specific that I love to play. Battlefield 4, (all other Battlefield games as well) Assassin’s Creed Origins, aforementioned DayZ, Skyrim, Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, Far Cry 5, the entire Halo The Master Cheif Collection, Minecraft, Terraria, Battlefront 1 and 2, A Way Out, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands, and every Wolfenstein game too. Some of these games I have paid for without Gamepass even being involved, so now that I’m stopping payments for Gamepass Console, it’s taking them awake from me?? I’d really like some help with this, and if it can’t be helped then I hope to be refunded, but this has all just been ridiculous.
