Hey all,
I have an old Xbox One (original model) that I am trying to get going for my little guy. Signal isn’t outputting and I get no HDMI signal found on the various screens that I have tried. Power brick is showing a white light (working correctly). I have also tried:

\-Holding eject and X button to reset the resolution – nothing

\-Holding the sync button and powering on to get to the troubleshooting menu – nothing

\-Downloading an offline update from [xbox.com](https://xbox.com), putting it on an NTFS formatted flash drive, and holding sync and eject before powering on and then continuing to hold sync and eject for 30+ seconds. It makes the first power on sound but never a second.

I am running out of ideas. Is there anything that I am missing or does this look like a hardware issue?
