i got this red xbox controller off amazon and got it in march of 2022, i was playing with my friends then all of a sudden it shut off.. i tried putting in new batteries and nothing happened, i also tried plugging in my usb-c cable into it and it doesn’t even turn on.. i need help ( in the video it shows that my other controller works)
