I’m going to pick up an [N64 Switch Online controller](https://youtu.be/ia9MknVDxaI?feature=shared) and a Smash Ultimate GameCube controller, since I at least want to experience a more authentic way to play Smash Bros as well as have a semi-decent controller layout to play the games on the N64 app. Nintendo’s been doing this since at least 2016, with the launch of the NES Mini and its bundled-in wired NES controllers. They’re even making their own replica Genesis controllers for the Sega Genesis app, which I legitimately find really cool and kinda surreal. Apparently the form factor is as close to accurate as can be, even better than some third party alternatives, so I’m very much looking forward to getting both controllers in my possession over the next week. But what do you think about them?
