I’m trying to fix my friends Xbox 1 controller because he was saying it wouldn’t work anymore. So I’ve been looking around and cleaning it along the way and what I noticed was the end of an headset cable peice seems to be stuck in there. (I never played with Xbox) I dont know if thats how the Headphone jack is supposed to look like so I’m just assuming he got the end of his head set cable broken off and lodged in there.
Would that cause the controller to stop working? And if so can you live without the headphone jack and have the controller work again? 🤔
