There was an option to pay one dollar for a month trial of Xbox Game Pass. I decided to try it out. A week later there was a charge to my account for 21 dollars for “Xbox Game Pass Ultimate”.
I contacted Xbox Support and explained to them that the offer was 1 dollar 1 month and I got a surprise charge to my card for 21 dollars.
When they understood that there had been some kind of error they assured me that id get a refund.
What did they do?
They refunded me 2 dollars and not the 21 dollars charged to my card. Now when I try to reapply for a refund it tells me I’m refunded. Microsoft/Xbox charged me 21 dollars for a month free trial and then when “refunding me” sent me two dollars.
Look above at the screen shot. 18.99 before taxes… but the issue is resolved! I’ve been refunded 2.04$
I can’t get anyone on the phone either.
