    1. Parry when you can to build off-balance and get closer to finisher. Dodge when you have to (glowing orange).

    2. I was 100% team Parry but, with the introduction of Burst skills?

I don’t know man they hit different.

Parry always. I can perfect dodge too against normal enemies.

Bit, I cannot seem to get dodging down whenever the bosses glow yellow, jump up and the camera zooms to the bosses. I cannot time when I should dodge and thus get hit everytime. This is the only boss mechanic that is giving me a lot of trouble.

    4. Trying to hit into brain fart parry into trying to hit again while still holding parry into unwanted but useful special ability

      1: Perfect dodge

2: Dodge until you can press the “murder everything around me” button

      3: Repeat.

    6. Overhead attacks parry, side attacks dodge. Or actually whatever. As long as you punish the enemy afterwards hah.

    7. Speaking of, training in the unlockable skill menu is a great way to practice even fighting against certain enemies (even before they appear as the game progresses) I’m training in both parry and dodge since it’s always my weakest point in action games

My biggest problem is trying to remember the damn button combo to press afterwards. Lol.

    9. I dodge rolled through every single game I’ve ever played because I just cannot time parrying for the life of me.

But perfect parry every time in this game, it’s fucking perfect.

I’m not getting the counters for each until I get the skills that give the most BE upon doing a parry or dodge cause I’m not particularly fond of them costing a BE to use
