Okay, if we’re being serious here, we’d have go count frames and number of slashes to actually measure who’s faster, my suspicion is Eve’s version is faster but Vergil’s hits more times.
But I really feel like if we’re gonna be determining who’s best at this move, Cloud and Malenia should be in contention too.
