Been happening a while. Recently gotten worse.
Xbox One day 1 edition.
After I turn it on, I can use it a few seconds, but it will start doing this.
If I touch it, it flashes. If I leave it, it flashes. Sometimes it settles on a brighter white, which doesn’t work.
