Just wanted to give you insight into what they said to the employees:

"Those whose roles will be impacted will be notified today, and we ask that you please treat your departing colleagues with respect and compassion."

Is it normal? Many people are losing their jobs and are forced to read this nonsense. I think it's time to suspend my Game Pass subscription; I want my money to support developers and workers, not these greedy individuals.
