I would be surprised if they went out of the way to port over almost every MK game minus MKX and MK11 to the console. And wouldn’t also have MK1 lol.

For third parties, they better not underestimate the console appeal again.

GTA 6 and RE 9 are definitely not happening. GTA 6 is being tailor made for the ps5 and Xbox series (not even launching on pc). There will be no room for a downgrade. RE is also a series that serves as a graphical and technical showcase so it’s also going to be too big. Tekken 8 might be possible but since it’s an unreal 5 game it might be too hard to port.
The others I can definitely see. Any games that came out on ps4 are obvious ports. We’ll probably get CoD, assassins creed, Madden, fifa etc.
As for first party 3D Mario is basically guaranteed, since Zelda and Smash are definitely not making it. If it’s not 3d Mario it’ll be Mario kart. Metroid prime 4 is very probable as well.

Tekken 8 and Street Fighter 6 are likely. We will have to wait and see how well the Switch can. Midori has already P3R and Metaphor both will be on Switch 2. Wii Sports Resorts isn’t likely, but a Switch Sports 2 is likely since it missed so many fan favorites like baseball, boxing, and Basketball. 3D Mario I doubt will be a launch title since we get Mario Wonder in 2023. I may be wrong, but nowadays Nintendo seems to prefer spacing out their 2D/3D Mario games that aren’t spin-offs/remakes. Metroid Prime 4 will likely release on Switch 1 & 2. Nintendo seems to be trying to give some love to see Xeno series, so that we could see a Xenogears or Xenoblade Chronicles X Remake or maybe Xenoblade Chronicles 4. I don’t think Pokémon will be coming until Z-A comes out and I don’t expect it to release until a bit later. Animal Crossing is believed to not have a release til 2026 according to patterns. I think Kirby is likely, since he gets a game quite often it seems. This is all just speculation, but we will see how strong the Switch 2 is. I doubt GTA6 will be able to run on it.
