From what I hear its night and day.
* NG+ Hard is easier than NG Normal atleast early on because your unlocks are so powerful.
* NG Hard is simply hard.
Pretty much the same as normal difficulty except for everything has more health and more Shields especially the bosses. Also they do more damage but honestly it’s not really that difficult especially when you’ve learned the mechanics inside and out.
I would say normal difficulty was more challenging because of lack of experience by the time you into New Game Plus hard difficulty you know exactly how to deal with everything so it’s not really that bad there are extra enemies in weird ass places though feels like they’re attacking groups more also and they seem to attack more often
I don’t mind the bosses on hard, but some of the fodder just takes too long.
