Reddit removed all of the text on the post for some reason, it costs 63€, is it worth that price? It has a LOT of scratches, is there a way to remove some of them?

The WiiU‘s glossy finish is doomed to become a surface for scratches, it is just a matter of time. Trying to remove those scratches will just make it worse so you’ll probably have to live with it. Just get rid of that nasty gamepad condom and give everything a good clean. When setting up the console on your TV, try to put it in a darker area like in a shelf under your tv or something. Without the direct impact of light the scratches won’t be that visible.

As long as it works and you’re able to do a basic wipe down, I don’t see why not? 63 is a pretty good price.
