I have tried everything to delete some save files so I can start a new game however it only deletes off my Xbox and not my cloud because it doesn't give me an option to.
This is what pops up and google says an option for "deleting" everything comes up
I've already reached out to support and they haven't gotten back to me
I am so frustrated
