Metroid prime 2+3: papagenos perfectly predicted prime 1's release beforehand and then stated 2&3 were coming but would be lighter remasters comparatively.
Zelda: almost 2 years ago Jeff Grubb and many other insiders were extremely confident this was coming, but it didn't. the explanation is due to TOTK getting delayed pushing their release back. Also it has been rumored as a possibility of coming in a double pack, but I kinda have a tiny feeling that part of the rumor is because of Me.
Mario Baseball & F Zero GX: these were rumored at around the same time as the TTYD remaster rumors. That last one obviously came true, so there's a chance these will as well.
