Which headset is better?

My old Xbox headset is completely broken so I need to buy another headset. Out of the two options which is the best in your opinion? If none of those are good which other headset would be even better? I’m putting my budget at around $40 or $50 since I don’t wanna spend hundreds of dollars on some high end headset. I only really care about sound quality and good bass.
