    1. “drift” impacted such a small percentage of switch owners, and Nintendo also offers to fix them for free, so this makes the most logical outcome.

    2. This wasn’t even Nintendo’s fault. There’s currently one supplier of joysticks for the entire game industry and they all have the same issue.

    3. Pretty sure this is old news. One lawsuit got dismissed cuz Nintendo had an arbitration clause in their EULA that applied to all Switch owners and nobody went through the process to not enter into arbitration, so the lawsuit was thrown out.

      Mine have never drifted. They also never get used. I just use the Pro Controller or the Gamecube adapter. Why would I ever want to use those tiny Joy-Cons?
