New to xbox cloud gaming. I bought a Samsung TV because it has Xbox Cloud Gaming built into. I bought a new Xbox wireless controller. In general, it is great, but my controller regularly disconnects. The error that I get is here – https://imgur.com/a/8fhl7Mr

    The controller reconnects, but the game never restarts and I have to completely log out of the xbox app and then restart the game. It's incredibly frustrating. It happens with every game that I try.

    It is unrepeatable and sometimes happens after a minute and sometimes it happens after 20-minutes. I've never been able to play for more than 20-minutes (built in parental controls).

    I can't tell if this is a Samsung problem or an Xbox problem. I've tried deleting and reconnecting the connector. I've deleted and reinstalled the app. Both result in the same thing. Would love to get this fixed.

    Any thoughts here?
