I’m pretty sure asking for assistance is against the rules but please god the mega threads and websites haven’t helped, I can’t get off the screen, i did momentarily when it gots 1/3 done updating, but then when I tried to go online and connect to a wireless internet, it would immediatly ask me to either update or go offline, putting me in an endless purgatory, but now I’m here and I don’t understand was resetting does and restarting doesn’t work and don’t know how to get a usb drive to offline update nor where I would put it
