Sometime it’s a bug. It did to my account multiple times idk what causes it but it’s very annoying
looks like a bug the xbox app is buggy af i dont even get notifications for example
Most likely it’s Xbox or game pass app, it happens to me.when I tap on my phone to download game but Internet is malfunctioning and my Xbox is kinda of half offline
