I’ve literally spent at least a couple of hours throughout my gameplay looking for the fishing spot by the “clock tower” that Clyde mentions because I thought this was the one he was talking about.
The only fish I was missing was the football fish and I spent all day trying to catch it in the oasis because I didn’t know where the Eidos 7 pond was. I finally went further and remembered the other clock tower and literally my very first cast into that pond was the football fish.

I went straight to the pond’s clock just because it was mentioned in the chest note (time = code) and I saw the pound full of fish here in the beginning
Don’t think I even noticed that clock 😂
I checked it out before going, but If i did not I would have probably end up were you are now.
