Bend it back, put some electrical tape around the exposed wires then plug it in and see if it works

Electric tape the shit out of it

Use needlenose pliers to carefully bend the metal back into place on the jack. Then indeed put electrical tape, and it’s also possible to use heat to slightly crimp it.

If you really want to be on the safe side, I would just buy a new one. I would not take things like damaged electric cords with ease.

Just buy a new one, and use the charging dock, those are SO underrated, easy to pick up, cool display, doesn’t use the charging port, and it’s 5$, come on for christs sake

The connector can be bent back with some needle nose pliers while the cable itself will need to be desoldered from the board then cut the broken piece off and desolder it, you will need to remove all of the wires in the broken piece and widen the hole to place the fresh piece of cable through the strain relief before soldering the wires back on, also do take a picture of the wires before desoldering them.
The second part is if you are handy with a soldering iron.
