how to find/install old game i’ve already purchased?

i recently remembered that i bought this game on my (no longer working) laptop when i was little. and i just found it in my purchase history (xbox series s). but its not in my library and when i look at it in the store, it says “not currently available”. how do i fix/find this so i can play it??
