We can't make a custom gamerpic for our Xbox 460 account even when on the newer generation of consoles, and I can't seem to buy gamerpics from the games' DLC area, as you can't go on the 360 marketplace on the newer consoles, only on the 360, I was wondering if there is any other way to buy gamerpics.
To be specific, I'm trying to get the gamerpic pack from Space Invaders: IG. I did ty the 360 marketplace website but I can't find the picture pack anywhere.

you can use whatever picture you want just put it on a usb stick and then plug that into your Xbox One or Series X|S and you’ll be able to choose your custom picture from there
