The meter filling rapidly unceasingly from 80% to whopping 99% almost gave me a freaking heart attack!!

Finishing Abyss Levoire in a Speed Run – trying to get Lily's Bad Ending Trophy Less than 100% Meter…. (Cost of Lost Memories)
And to think I accidentally picked up the Prayer Shrine in the Hyper Tube Exit in Great Desert (trying to get Suppression Exospine for my Build) and 3 Corpses increasing Lily by 1-2% and then I had the instinct humch to Reload my Checkpoint before it saves… To avoid getting screwed up – I would've hit 100% right after Abyss Levoire…
I almost was ready to toss my controller on the wall and scream in frustration and despair at the game lol 😂 ðŸ˜ðŸ˜±

Wait? So you get the bad ending if you get your Liliy meter at a 100%?
You picked up a good deal to get to 99% or did certain key side missions that give a lot of affinity.
As someone else pointed out you’ll get 60% just for doing the main story. A few side missions give 10% or so, just collection the posters, info from shops and other collectibles around Xion you can easily get 20%’
So if you just pick up the stuff you see around Xion and do the main story you’ll still be sitting around 80% so as much as the completionist part of our brains tells us to pick up that shiny or interact with that body to get a memory stick you really just need to not pick up like anything cause in my experience it seems to be easier to max her affinity than not.
