If you buy a controller from anyone other than Microsoft check the warranty. This is a brand new controller from Amazon. Not a third party seller on Amazon this is sold by Amazon.

The controller came with stick drift and it was clear the controller had been worked on and cleaned (sticky controller=refurbished normally). There was no discount either this was a full price controller.

Also a tip for anyone else in the uk if you send an item back once and the replacement breaks they are legally required to give a full refund if you ask for it meaning if your controllers break fast enough you can have an indefinite warranty as long as you send them back
