Let my headcanon play for a bit…
* 10-15h Standalone DLC for 20€/$
* completely unique combos and skill tree (maybe half the size of eves, due to shorter playtime)
* Tachyon blade short attack with □-Button and long blade attack with △-Button
* Game progression
* short Prologue
* linear level (like matrix 11)
* open area (like wasteland/desert)
* linear level
* Final phase (story dump + 2 end game boss encounters)
* New unique Alpha Naytiba
* Masked Angel (Raven before her full Naytiba form. fights like squad member in phas 1 and part alpha naytiba in phase 2)

I dont really feel like Tachy needs a DLC, she wouldnt have much they could add. We know she couldnt have dropped to Earth before that because the only way back to the colony is by defeating the Elder Naytiba, which obviously, was not accomplished. She comes to Earth the same time as Eve, and we see everything she does in that time. She is left severely injured, and then we fight her as a boss. The only thing they could do with it would probably be cut scenes of the time in between the Descent and Matrix 11. Which would be cool.
A Raven DLC would be much more engaging, because we know there is story there to play. It would be interesting to play a character that slowly looses their goal. Learn what it was that made her view Adam as almost a god. Find out how Alpha Cores are made/infused into an Andro-Eidos. See her start betraying even him by having to fight more Airborne Squads when they drop. There is a lot more possibility for an engaging gameplay and plot for Raven by playing as a character where we know the outline of their downfall, but not the whole story. Whereas Tachy is basically a nothing burger to the plot other than a motivation for Eve, whose gameplay is given to us as Tachy Mode, and has no more story to tell us,

I would love it if they make a long hair version for her too. But I think it would probably take a whole year just for it like for Eve so I undestand if they do not make a long hair version for her.
