Slightly misleading title. It’s not Rocksteady, it’s a new studio with a bunch of ex-Rocksteady devs including Sefton Hill who left in like 2022 I think

With a deal for Toys for Bob, here and kinda with Crystal Dynamics with Perfect Dark.
It’s interesting how they’re both acquiring massive amounts of studios and still licensing out projects.
Wouldn’t be surprised if the 3rd party deals are agreements to fund development, receive Gamepass Day 1 but also release on other platforms.
