Greetings everyone 🙂
I purchased a Nintendo Switch OLED in August of last year (2023) and I've noticed a slight movement and clicking sound with the Joy-Cons while using the console. This slight movement bothers me a little bit, especially when I'm laying down and playing a game. It's worth noting that I use my console very rarely and only own two games.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TdlATllhX8s&ab_channel=StefanTrifunovic
I'm wondering if this is normal behavior for the OLED model or if there might be an issue with my Joy-Cons. I've searched online for posts with similar issues and found some suggesting a fix using tape. However, opinions seem divided, with some people saying a bit of movement and clicking when attached is normal, while others believe it indicates a defect.
Since my Nintendo Switch OLED is still under warranty, I'd like to know if getting them repaired is recommended if this isn't normal behavior.
Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
I uploaded a video to better illustrate the issue, hopefully it helps.
Thanks for the time and stay safe.
Kind Regards
JenKnson
