For such a wonderful game… WHY DID THY MAKE STALKERS? I hate how they have delayed attacks out of the sand!

The cutscene that tells me how to operate a solar tower whenever I get to Wasteland or GD. Please let me skip this.

Both semi-open worlds. This game absolutely shines in the linear sections, but the desert & the wasteland are a slog. And the fact you have to power up a solar tower *twice*? Ugh. As for enemies: crickets, barnacles, tentacles, hives, and the corruptors can all fuck off, they’re just not fun to fight.

That part where I pick up 3 bottles of wine for Barry, only to then immediately be given another quest, to visit the exact same place I just was, to pick up a 4th bottle of wine….

    4. For me it’s the Levoires. No melee combat + jump scares galore = no thanks. Kind of dreading playing those sections again on NG+.

The entire first area. I really dislike the lack of a map, and I just want to get to the wasteland.

Replaying the open wasteland and great desert in NG+ can feel like a chore

    7. Only area I dislike is the conveyor belt with the green lasers in the spire. It is not hard, especially on subsequent playthroughs, but they still drag me down a bit for some reason.

I generally liked fighting all the monsters. My only monster complaint is that they beefed up the stats of standard enemies starting with Eidos 9 which kinda killed the sense of progression for a bit. So if I travel to Eidos 7 in the late game, I utterly blow up a cricket slasher in a couple of hits but if I go to Eidos 9, the same cricket slasher can face tank a full combo and survive.

I understand not having the time/resources to make entirely new enemies but they could have at least done a palette swap if they couldn’t make new models and animations.
