Within the past month i’ve experienced an obnoxious issue with my xbox where it’s randomly registers an input that is not being put in, this being up on the right joystick, is there any way to fix this issue?

Bad analog stick. Learn to solder and replace it, or just replace the controller with one that is on sale for $40 every couple weeks.
