Periously Sony paid exclusive PS4 console version in Japan and Asia market, not release Xbox One version for many years.
Capcom JP announce will release Xbox One Japanese version on 5 June.

I still find these practices to have a localized exclusivity for some games really anti-consumer behavior from Sony.
