This happens when I’m charging the game pad does this mean anything?
It does that when I'm charging the game pad. I actually just purchased a brand new battery but it's still doing that. I also purchased a AC adapter and it does seems like it's cheaply made. Do y'all think the AC adapter may be the issue?

Probably the ac adapter. I never trust those chinese ones. I always buy OEM
Maybe the charging port on the pad itself is wanky/ broken? I dont think that even a cheap charger would do that.
The charger is unstable, it’s contacting and not constantly. You should buy a new one.

I see it’s flashing a lil bit, it might be the cord or the port.
