I've seen some similar posts about the exact issue i'm having but none with any solution I could see
whenever I'm playing wind waker hd my gamepad is constantly coming up with this 'unable to communicate with wii u gamepad' error but only on the screen for 1/4 of a second.
it'll do it a bunch in a row and then stop, it's totally random and not changed by me moving the controller or putting anything infront of it at all
it doesn't do it when I'm in the wii u menus, and it's not a distance issue as even putting it directly on top of the console is the same
has anyone had this problem and found a fix for it? a lot of people i saw online said it's something to do with wind waker specifically
thanks foe any help or wisdom you could give me as my googling and attempts at fixing it have stumped me

forgot to say i resynced the gamepad as well, and it still works completely fine outside of the game after resyncing :/
Do you have a router with 5 Ghz enabled? I’ve found when I only use 2.4 Ghz I rarely have these issues.
