How long are the segments and does it run alongside games

Hello. This looks great! Few questions from me just to clarify. Is this available on the Xbox store itself? Is there a way to pick a background but disable the music? Are any of these themes animated? Will this affect the new feature of game tiles taking over the background when hovering over their icons on the dash? Thanks
