Please help me! I went through the collapsed railway bridge section but decided I wasn't ready for this area so I turned back and returned to do side missions.
When I returned to the collapsed bridge the rope that appears on a broken platform between the broken bridge is gone! I have no idea how to access it again as the story beats have already passed?
I've watched walkthroughs and the rope is there. After returning it is gone and I have no idea how to progress. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
