What i should upgrade?

I Have this specs on my pc
i5-12400F
Gtx 1660 6Gb
32GB Ram Ddr4 3200mhz
B660M Asus Tuf
1,5TB (Adding all the ssds and HD's)
Thermaltake Smartseries 600W Psu
240Hz main monitor
120Hz Second Monitor

I play mostly COD, Valorant, CS:GO and XDefiant, my peripherals are:
Keyboard: ATK68
Main mouse: VXE R1 Pro
Secondary mouse: G Pro Superlight
Mousepad: Gamesense x Aimlabs Asuka (Its a Gamesense radar with other skin)
Microphone: AT2020
Earbuds: HyperX Buds 1 (i alr bought a Truthear Cronicle Zero:RED)

At this moment idk if is more interesting to sell my pc and make a DDR5 Kit with Amd, or mantaining my actual pc and only change the Gpu + Psu
