Microsoft has begun sending out refunds for both the Xbox and Steam versions of the Redfall ‘Bite Back’ Edition
If you preordered “The Bite Back” Edition, you’ll get credit on your Microsoft account, and if you got the physical edition, you will still get a refund.

It’s good to see Microsoft honoring refunds in regards to this.
Game should never been released but at least they are doing the right thing
