Can someone explain what this is

I found this on someone’s stems profile, and want to know more about it. Why does Barnyard have steam items. I can’t add the profile as a friend or properly look at it cause the game I found them on has a weird protection system that doesn’t allow you to look at people’s profiles without hiding info on them like they’re name
