I don't know what to do in this situation. I didn't acept this trade at all and i don't want to loose this items and its a lot than just this picture. Plssss i need help how to get thoose back fast
Contact steam support and change password, your account got probably hacked and accepted the trade. But steam can revert it if you’re lucky.

Nothing you can do for those items anymore, they’re gone. Check your authorized devices from the mobile app and change your web API

Owner of that profile have set everything private and does have a community ban as well.
Can’t even report the owner. You have a bad luck. Just revoke steam api and access to your profile, update passwords and 2fa.
What lost is gone now with no much for you to to.
You can still keep this screenshots as a proof and try contacting customer care. At most they can put trade bad on the accused. You still won’t get what you lost but atleast accused won’t be able to DUP anyone else.
