The switch
has the best line up of games
The Switch closely followed by the DS.

The Switch and it’s not even close. I’ll go further: The Nintendo Switch is the greatest videogame console of all time.
Super Nintendo, and it’s not even close.
PAL / Japan version obviously. Screw that purple US monstrosity.
At this point it’s def the Switch. It has all its great games (many of them best-ever entries in their respective series) plus many of the great Nintendo games from almost every previous Nintendo console.
Plus you can Mario RPG, AND Paper Mario: TTYD on it? And now Metroid: Zero Mission, too? Glorious.
I just wish more Wario Land games were on there.
At this point probably Switch.
3ds is also awesome

But really the best is whatever your fave is.
If the switch somehow got the whole of the ds and 3ds library that would be hit but I might have to go with the 3ds since you have access to the ds as well with that. Just so much variety and cool stuff

The Switch but I gotta say I recently picked up a 3DSXL for the first time ever and the visuals are shockingly good. Metroid Samus Returns is wonderful and looks amazing. My only issue is the controls don’t feel quite as comfy as i would like because of the slim form factor. Next I’m going to see if i can get my hands on a GBA (the modded ones with backlit screens look really nice).
In terms of pure nostalgia though I will always go with SNES.
Nintendo has a chance with this upcoming Switch successor to really make the perfect system. I hope they don’t misstep. The only thing I’d like that Switch doesn’t offer is more graphic processing power and joycons that don’t drift.
