3DS game cart not reading

So I have my original copy of Omega ruby and the problem is it won't read, before people ask I have cleaned the pins with isopropyl alcohol, other games read, cleaned out the cartridge slot, and no pins are bet. I'm just wondering what am I suppose to do now. Is my copy gone for good or is there a way to fix this? Any help would he appreciate as I couldn't find a solution online that wasn't what I already did.
