I have in mind getting speakers, camera and another 27" monitor, maybe some lights too!

yes.
First step is to find a theme that transmits the emotions you love and therefore this means that the theme will be one you will love, write on a paper the exact characteristics of your theme to not miss out the happiness you found imagining it.
Second step is configure the battlestation according to that theme, here maybe you will find there are some elements of your current battlestation that can’t match the theme therefore you replace them by equivalent ones that match the theme.
Third step is to post the result here and enjoy your new little safe space because you will have finished for now.
Is that simple.
My only recommendation is to center your main monitor in front of your keyboard.
