I think Snowmads are cooler and have more potential than Kremlings, they just have to come back so Fredrik gets the chance to become as fleshed out as K Rool

Snowmads are only cooler because they are artic creatures.
But seriously hard disagree. Monkeys and Reptiles have been a staple in culture for awhile (Kong vs. Godzilla). Plus Crocodiles pose more of an actual threat then penguins and walruses do to the Kongs. In the Rare games the Snowmads most likely would’ve been Allies to the Kongs just do to how cute and cuddly they look the same way the Brothers Bears, Animal buddies, and side characters from 64 are.
I don’t hate the Snowmads they are much better than the crap Tiki Tak Tribe but pale in comparison to K.Rool and his Kremlings (and even the evil Kongs from Jungle Beat). Fredrick is literally just Walrus K.Rool anyway which is why in the fandom his nickname has been King K.Nockoff.

Alright I’m going to explain my logic
As a faction, Snowmads can afford more variety in character design. They can be any kind of creature that lives in cold areas, like owls, bears, or penguins. Kremlings can only really be reptiles, so they’re limited in body shapes (most are just upright crocodiles and a few are quadrupeds)
But at the same time, “vikings” is a theme that gives Snowmads more cohesion as a group, pretty much every Snowmad design can be read as a sailor while still being clearly distinct from each other. For Kremlings, some are military or pirate-themed, but most are just lizard goons.
And Snowmads are more unique as a concept. Crocodiles are already scary with big teeth and rough skin, so you’re not doing anything original by casting them as villains. But penguins and seals are usually seen as cute and funny, so they’re more creative as enemies.
